GEN4U. A recursive quadrilateral mesh generator

Description of the algorithm

The algorithm consist of continuous splitting of the domain until quadrilateral elements are left, beginning with information on the contour. The result is then checked and if necessary some nodal positions and connectivities are changed.

Recursive mesh generation

The domain is discretized choosing in every step the optimal splitting line. Every line splits the domain in two subdomains. For this reasons it is implemented by a recursive algorithm.
