Design and optimization of vehicles and aircrafts requires capturing complex flow features with high-fidelity computational tools.

During production cycles, this is known to be extremely expensive due to the large number of configurations tested and the high cost of every simulation of the shape optimization process.

Moreover, high fidelity is crucial when acoustic measures are the quantities of interest.

Thus, it is essential to capture (fast and accurately, is this possible? in a daily industrial production environment?) all the required flow features and reproduce accurately the CAD geometry providing a seamless and cost effective transition to computational meshes.
