AdMoRe is based on training-through-research of 8 Early Stage Researchers (ESRs).

Each ESR develops a personalized frontier-research project and actively participates to the activities of the AdMoRe consortium through industrial placement, attendance of schools and dissemination at conferences.

Two ESRs are primarily set at the coordinator institution, Universitat Politécnica de Catalunya, whereas the other AdMoRe members permanently host one ESR each.
